Ses parents, Manuel Rosenmann et Dora Taub, sont des &eacute;migr&eacute;s de Pologne. Enfant pr&eacute;coce, il apprend &agrave; lire &agrave; un an et demi. Son p&egrave;re, polyglotte et lecteur dot&eacute; d&rsquo;une grande intelligence critique, lui fait conna&icirc;tre tr&egrave;s t&ocirc;t la litt&eacute;rature mondiale. Sa m&egrave;re, pianiste hors pair, commence &agrave; lui enseigner le piano &agrave; deux ans. Il &eacute;crit ses premiers po&egrave;mes &agrave; trois ans, et &agrave; sept ans il a pleinement conscience d&rsquo;&ecirc;tre po&egrave;te. Ses parents, t&eacute;moins de ses dons exceptionnels, encouragent sa vocation. &Agrave; neuf ans, il prend en charge son premier &eacute;l&egrave;ve de piano.<\/p>\r\n<h3>1933-1943<\/h3>\r\n<p>Il poursuit son &eacute;ducation au Colegio Europeo et au Liceo de Aplicati&oacute;n. Il &eacute;crit de la po&eacute;sie quotidiennement. Il &eacute;tudie le piano avec Roberto Duncker, qui l&rsquo;incite &agrave; devenir un pianiste de concert. Il &eacute;tudie la m&eacute;thodologie musicale avec Carlos Isamitt, le rythme avec Andr&eacute;e Haas (&eacute;l&egrave;ve de Dalcroze), et la composition, le contrepoint et la fugue avec Pedro Humberto Allende qui lui conseille de se consacrer enti&egrave;rement &agrave; la composition.<\/p>\r\n<h3>1945<\/h3>\r\n<p>Frapp&eacute; par son talent, l&rsquo;&eacute;crivain Luis Merino Reyes le pr&eacute;sente au Sindicato de Escritores de Chile (Association des &Eacute;crivains du Chili). Le po&egrave;te Antonio de Undurraga, secr&eacute;taire du Sindicato, lui demande de voir un exemple de son travail. Il donne &agrave; Undurraga une version du manuscrit de son long po&egrave;me <em>El Adolescente<\/em> compos&eacute; en 1941, &agrave; l&rsquo;&acirc;ge de quatorze ans. Quelque temps plus tard Undurraga fait au po&egrave;te la surprise de lui donner un exemplaire du nouveau magazine litt&eacute;raire <em>Caballo de Fuego<\/em>, dans lequel il a fait publier <em>El Adolescente.<\/em>&rdquo; Voil&agrave; ce que je pense de votre po&egrave;me&rdquo;, dit-il &agrave; Rosenmann-Taub.<\/p>\r\n<h3>1944-1948<\/h3>\r\n<p>Il &eacute;tudie l&rsquo;espagnol &agrave; l&rsquo;Instituto Pedag&oacute;gico de l&rsquo;Universit&eacute; du Chili.Il y obtiendra le titre de Professeur d&rsquo;Espanol. Il prend aussi des cours de botanique, d&rsquo;astronomie, d&rsquo;anatomie, d&rsquo;anglais, de fran&ccedil;ais, de portugais, de stylistique, d&rsquo;esth&eacute;tique, et d&rsquo;art. Ces &eacute;tudes font partie d&rsquo;une vaste &eacute;rudition acquise au cours de sa vie gr&acirc;ce &agrave; la lecture de nombreuses disciplines en plusieurs langues. Il contribue au soutien &eacute;conomique de sa famille en donnant des le&ccedil;ons particuli&egrave;res de piano, de grammaire et de litt&eacute;rature.<\/p>\r\n<h3>1948<\/h3>\r\n<p>Il pr&eacute;sente &agrave; un concours le manuscrit du premier volume de <em>Cortejo y Epinicio<\/em>et le prix de po&eacute;sie du Sindicato de Escritores lui est attribu&eacute;.<\/p>\r\n<h3>1949<\/h3>\r\n<p>Arturo Soria, r&eacute;fugi&eacute; espagnol qui a fond&eacute; la prestigieuse maison d&rsquo;&eacute;dition chilienne Cruz del Sur, publie le premier volume de <em>Cortejo y Epinicio<\/em>. Le livre re&ccedil;oit un accueil enthousiaste de la presse. Son &eacute;diteur, Arturo Soria, ferme Cruz del Sur et revient en Espagne. Le p&egrave;re de Rosenmann-Taub a des difficult&eacute;s financi&egrave;res et le po&egrave;te donne des le&ccedil;ons particuli&egrave;res du matin au soir pour soutenir sa famille. Parmi celles-l&agrave;: Abecechedario (Ab&eacute;c&eacute;daire), Morir para Nacer (Mourir pour Vivre) et Fuegos Naturales (Feux Naturels).<\/p>\r\n<p>Il rassemble la collection de ses propres dessins ex&eacute;cut&eacute;s au cours de sa vie, dont la s&eacute;rie Alarde (Parade), et La Bofetada (La Gifle).
